Provided strategies for which areas of the project site should be developed first based on current and projected demand. Emancipation Park
Formed partnership with Pegasus as General Partner, to purchase, plan and develop a 3/4 acre tract in East Austin that is adjacent to a commuter rail station and within a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) district. To date, Pegasus has performed preliminary feasibility analysis, obtained entitlements for 11 unit condominium project, and developed a conceptual master plan. We are in the process of selling the property. |
