Economic Impact of Downtown Revitalization Strategy
    San Marcos, TX (2007)
As part of the team developing a downtown revitalization plan for San Marcos, TX, performed a fiscal impact analysis of a "new" development under the proposed set of new land development ordinances proposed for the downtown. This analysis helped the city and team to modify the ordinances based on the fiscal impact analysis.

    Business Park Feasibility Study
    Pearland, TX (2006)
Worked with a team of consultants to analyze 750+acres in the City of Pearland, TX for its highest and best commercial and industrial use. A new bridge was about to be planned through this property, so the city needed us to determine what were going to be the uses on the adjacent lands so the bridge could be designed accordingly.

    Convention Center Feasibility Study
    Lufkin, TX (2005)
Analyzed the local and regional demand for additional conference and meeting space for a new conference center that was being discussed in Lufkin, TX. While working with other consultants, we proposed a site plan that would accommodate the additional demand, but it was still somewhat speculative since new market potentials would be driving some of the demand. Our recommendation was that it was risky, but with the right marketing and management, it could be successful.
