Welcome to the Pegasus Planning website. Pegasus Planning is a land strategy consulting firm focusing on the nexus of land planning and economic development
for our public and private sector clients. While we do both land planning and economic development (as well as other services), we find ourselves working
mostly on revitalization planning where the skills and expertise of both practice areas are needed. Personally, I have a passion for revitalization.
In Austin, TX, where Pegasus is based, I serve as Vice Chair of the Urban Renewal Board of Austin and Chair the Chestnut Neighborhood Revitalization Corporation.
Both groups focus on revitalizing areas of East Austin where we balance the growing demand for affordable housing with the need to stimulate blighted areas.
