Welcome to the Pegasus Planning website. Pegasus Planning is a land strategy consulting firm focusing on the nexus of land planning and economic development for our public and private sector clients. While we do both land planning and economic development (as well as other services), we find ourselves working mostly on revitalization planning where the skills and expertise of both practice areas are needed. Personally, I have a passion for revitalization. In Austin, TX, where Pegasus is based, I serve on the Urban Renewal Board of Austin and chair the Chestnut Neighborhood Revitalization Corporation. Both groups focus on revitalizing areas of East Austin where we balance the growing demand for affordable housing with the need to stimulate blighted areas.

On a personal note, many of my friends and close colleagues know that I lost my father to cancer this year. I have been tested this year in many ways, but I have brought on board a great Project Manager in Erin Wingerter. Together, we are ready to help you with your public and private sector needs.
